3 or 4 eggs
10 oz pack of fresh spinach, cooked and chopped
1/2 liter of cream OR 250 ml of sour cream
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 2/3 cups grated cheddar cheese (old)
5 slices of frozen bacon, cut into thin slices
Mix eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add in all other ingredients. Pour mixture onto pre-prepared dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve warm or cold, to taste.
