First bowl
1 1/2 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Second bowl
1 egg
1 3/4 C milk
2 tbsp margarine (slightly melted)

Mix the ingredients in the second bowl. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix until homogenous. Don’t forget to grease the pan with pork fat or canola oil.

Makes 12-14 smallish pancakes.
