“Kluski” Polish Soup

For the mixture:
1 egg
1 tbsp water
5 tbsp flour
parlsey (optional)

For the broth:
1 can of chicken broth OR 2 cubes of chicken bouillon

Mix egg, water, and flour in bowl. Once the chicken broth is boiling, drop the mixture into the soup spoonful by spoonful. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with parsley, or to taste.
