2 C flour
If salty: 2 C water + 1/2 tsp salt
If sweet: 1 C water + 1 C milk + 1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp canola oil
Beat the eggs in a large bowl before adding the other ingredients. Alternate the flour and liquids mix until homogeneous. Add the salt/sugar and canola oil. Do not forget to grease the pan (preferably with pork fat, but canola oil is also an option) before you make the crêpes.
Makes approx. 10 medium-sized crêpes.
