Blueberry Clafoutis

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp margarine
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
3-5 cups blueberries

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sugar, margarine, flour, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Spread blueberries directly on the baking dish. Add the mixture on top of the blueberries. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 375.

NOTE: If making individual-sized clafoutis, bake for approximately 30 minutes.
